Albert Lea police arrested Mohammed Altigani Gouma, 38, for domestic assault at 5:12 a.m. today at 709 Water St.

Albert Lea police arrested John D. Testrecord, 69, on a Washington County warrant at 1:50 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of East Main Street and Ulstad Avenue. Testrecord was cited for driving after suspension, speeding, no insurance and no proof.

 

1 arrested for violation

Police arrested Nyamouch Jock Kuey, 22, for a probation violation at 12:34 a.m. today at the intersection of St. Mary Avenue and West William Street.
