1 arrested for stolen vehicle

Albert Lea police arrested Tyler Thomas Osmundson, 22, for felony possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of dangerous weapon and driving after suspension at 6:38 a.m. Tuesday at Cenex in Hayward.

 

Items taken

Two flower pots were reported taken at 8:04 a.m. Tuesday at 909 Luther Place. The flower pots were reportedly taken Monday night.

Money was reported taken from a till at 2:12 p.m. Tuesday at Plymouth Shoe Store, 129 S. Broadway.

Keys were reported stolen at 11:44 p.m. Wednesday at Harold’s Bar, 1318 E. Main St.

 

House broken into

Someone was reported as having broken into a house at 11:57 a.m. Wednesday at 411 Commercial St. Nothing was reported missing.

 

 

1 brought back on warrants

Tyler Scott Juveland, 27, was brought back to Freeborn County on local warrants for felony violation order, driving after revocation and speeding at 9:03 a.m. Wednesday from Cresco, Iowa.

 

1 arrested on warrant

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested William Edward Scheler, 24, on a local warrant for violating pretrial conditions at 1:43 p.m. Wednesday at Freeborn County Law Enforcement Center.

 

Warehouse vandalized

A warehouse was reported vandalized at 10:22 a.m. in Oakland. The alleged victim was also reportedly missing property.

 

Theft by fraud reported

A scam call from someone claiming to be from the IRS was reported at 4:55 p.m. Wednesday at 367 Hillcrest Circle in Clarks Grove. The alleged victim reportedly gave them $930 via an iTunes card.

Police cited Shannon Troy Lee, 46, for theft at 7:04 a.m. Wednesday at 1718 E. Hawthorne St.

 

1 arrested on violation

Police arrested Derek John Thostenson, 23, on a domestic abuse no contact order violation at 10:39 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Fenton Avenue and East Main Street.

 

1 cited for underage drinking

Police cited a juvenile for underage drinking at 1:23 a.m. today at 616 Giles Place.
