2 arrested for drunken driving

Albert Lea police arrested Lawrence Silace Kostohryz, 34, for second-degree driving while intoxicated, test refusal and driving after cancellation at 2 a.m. today at 500 Frank Ave.

Albert Lea police arrested Robert William Marquardt, 59, for third-degree driving while intoxicated at 7:10 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of East Main Street and Garfield Avenue.

 

1 arrested on warrant

Albert Lea police arrested Felipe Julian Carrizales, 21, on an arrest warrant at 5:45 p.m. Tuesday at Freeborn County Law Enforcement Center.

 

Fight reported in county jail

A fight was reported at 6:04 p.m. Tuesday in general population in the Freeborn County jail. The use of force and mace was reportedly used. An inmate and a staff member reportedly needed to get checked out. No charges were reported.

 

Items stolen

A shotgun was reported stolen at 11:05 a.m. Tuesday at 803 Bridge Ave.

Missing tools were reported after a back lot was reported broken into Monday night at 12:55 p.m. Tuesday at 2120 Consul St.

 

Gas line struck

A gas line was reported hit at 1:24 p.m. Tuesday at 1427 Frank Hall Drive.

 

Car egged

Someone reported their car as being egged multiple times at 5:49 a.m. today at 1519 Sheridan St.

 

Extra patrol requested at cemetery

Extra patrol was requested at a cemetery at 28682 653rd Ave. outside Freeborn after people had reportedly lost flowers and nighttime activity was suspected.
