AITKIN — Two people have been arrested in a hit-and-run crash that killed a 10-year-old girl in Aitkin County.

The Minnesota State Patrol said a tip from the public led to the arrest of a man and woman from Hastings. They are being held in the Aitkin County Jail pending formal charges.

Caylin Donovan of Lake Park was struck June 10 while walking along Highway 18 near Lake Mille Lacs.
