A high-risk predatory offender who moved to Albert Lea last week has now reportedly moved to Rochester, according to the Albert Lea Police Department.

Sadik Yasin Hussein, 31,  reported the address change on Tuesday. His address was reported as homeless in Rochester.

Hussein is a Level 3 offender, which the state classifies as an offender most likely to reoffend.

He reportedly engaged in sexual contact with an adult female victim in Rochester. Contact reportedly included sexual contact and penetration. Hussein was known to the victim.

The community meeting scheduled at the Freeborn County Courthouse has been canceled.
