A high-risk predatory offender has moved into Albert Lea.

Sadik Yasin Hussein, 31, is described as being 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 167 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and is African-American. Hussein is reportedly homeless in the vicinity of Mill Street and Euclid Avenue, according to a fact sheet sent out by the Albert Lea Police Department.

Hussein is a Level 3 offender, which the state classifies as an offender most likely to reoffend.

Hussein reportedly engaged in sexual contact with a woman victim in Rochester. Contact reportedly included sexual contact and penetration. Hussein was known to the victim.

Hussein was reportedly released from custody in December 2013. He reportedly changed his address earlier this week.

A community meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Freeborn Room at the Freeborn County Courthouse, 411 S. Broadway Ave.
