Two years ago, Henry Rohlf graduated from Edina High School with the class of 2014. Now he is a junior at the University of Minnesota and an intern at the Albert Lea Tribune.
At the U of M he is majoring in journalism, with a double minor in French and business management. In college, Rohlf is involved with student government, where he helps out with campus sustainability, an issue he is passionate about.
He takes his passion further, working with the student organization “Greeks Go Green” to encourage fraternities and sororities to become more sustainable. He is in the fraternity Delta Tau Delta and referees for intramural sports.
After college, Rohlf hopes to couple his experience in French with a master’s in business administration to work internationally as a journalist or a businessman.
In addition to his internship at the Tribune, Rohlf this summer plans to spend time with his friends and family and possibly work in Edina.
Rohlf has a passion for arts and entertainment and will be covering this beat this summer, as well as other stories as needed.
