My wife and I would like to express our satisfaction with the work done thus far on the restructuring of Park Avenue and the underground utilities. This Mankato company, Holtmeier, is very, very good. The men working are kind, considerate and friendly. They seem to be on the job about 11 hours a day, are very skilled in operating their many forms of equipment (and seem young to be doing so) and are very safety conscious. The hole in front of our house was about 20 feet deep with men working at the bottom.

Although parking is frustrating and inconvenient for residents and their guests, as well as other service and supply people, the men have been cooperative and responsive to our needs. The city, also, has been helpful through letters and emails to keep us informed as to what to expect during the process.

In spite of the hassles now and to come, we really are pleased with progress thus far. This is a very good company with well-trained and operating employees. We appreciate you very much.
