Pederson rebounds to finish 8th

After a tough first day, in which he shot a 9-over 81, United South Central senior Ryan Pederson rebounded on the second day of the Minnesota state boys’ golf tournament.
Pederson shot a 2-over 74 and jumped into the top 10, where he finished in eighth place after winning the title last year.
Pederson finished with a total score of 155, tied with three others for eighth place.
Mahnomen-Waubun’s Blake Kahlbaugh won the Class A boys’ tournament with a score of 138, and shot every round under-par.
