Bret James Steenberg, 57, was reported as having turned himself in on a local warrant for failure to appear for a first appearance on a felony fifth-degree cocaine charge at 12:42 a.m. Wednesday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.

Albert Lea police arrested Jacob Joseph Cibert, 26, for gross misdemeanor domestic abuse no contact order violation, gross misdemeanor obstruction and gross misdemeanor flee on foot at 11:11 p.m. Wednesday after a DANCO violation was reported at 902 James Ave.

A vehicle was reported damaged at 1:59 p.m. Wednesday at 1013 E. Richway Drive.

 

Assault reported

An assault was reported at 8:01 p.m. Wednesday at 142 N. Broadway. A male reported he was punched.

 

Shampoo, body wash stolen

A female was reported as having selected a bottle of shampoo and body wash and leaving without paying for the items at 4:58 p.m. Wednesday at 201 W. Main St. The items were valued at $8.
