Hayward hosts ribbon-cutting

The city of Hayward had a special ribbon-cutting ceremony for its end of the Blazing Star Bike Trail on Sunday. Hayward Mayor Mike Hansen, Rep. Peggy Bennett, R-Albert Lea, local pastor Joshua Enderson, bike committee members and Department of Natural Resources representatives were among those present. -Provided
