MANKATO — Prosecutors have charged a Mankato man with stalking his transgender neighbor.

Fifty-six-year-old Randy Alan Adams was charged Friday with two firearm felonies and three stalking felonies in Blue Earth County District Court.

According to a criminal complaint, a man transitioning to becoming a woman told police on Wednesday that Adams was pounding on her apartment door because she told the landlord he smoked marijuana.
