1 arrested for meth, fleeing an officer

Albert Lea police reportedly arrested Joshua David Bollinger, 38, for fifth-degree methamphetamine possession, possessing syringes, fraudulent use of plates, driving after revocation and fleeing a peace officer at a traffic stop at 7:05 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of South Second Avenue and West William Street.

 

1 cited for small amount of marijuana

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies cited Jnaneshwar Kamalii Johnson, 35, for speeding and having a small amount of marijuana in a motor vehicle during a traffic stop at 9:08 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of southbound Interstate 35 and U.S. Highway 65.

 

Items stolen

Seagram’s extra dry gin was reported stolen at 4:55 p.m. Tuesday atLiquor Depot at 606 S. Broadway. A suspect was identified on camera. No arrests or charges were reported.

A theft of cellphones was reported at 2:01 p.m. Tuesday at 146 W. William St.

A motorcycle battery was reported stolen at 10:11 a.m. Tuesday at 203 Park St. in Freeborn.

 

Trespassing reported

Footage was reported of trespassing at 11:52 a.m. Tuesday at McDonald’s, 2808 Bridge Ave. The incident apparently occurred the night before.
