There are many issues of interest in any presidential election, but those of highest priority to me are the related ones of foreign policy and national security. I was privileged to spend almost 21 years traveling the world in service to this country. I have been in combat, obtained a graduate degree in national security affairs, briefed the director of the CIA and had a brief casual encounter with a president. I am gravely concerned about the possibility that our foreign policy, and command of the military, may be placed in the hands of someone who has consistently demonstrated ignorance of foreign policy issues, is arrogant as well as thin-skinned, frequently acts with childish petulance and repeatedly expresses opinions without considering the consequences of his words.

There are several issues on which I have strong disagreement with Hillary Clinton; however, her related experience makes her unusually highly qualified to be president. To those who support Donald Trump because they want a change, be careful what you ask for. I will vote for the experienced adult.
