Police arrested Valerie Dawn Madrigal, 44, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated and Robert Lee Rickard, 45, on an apprehension and detention order during a traffic stop at 1:18 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Fenton Avenue and East Main Street.

Checks were reported coming in on a closed account at 3:40 p.m. Friday at 430 Bridge Ave.

An alleged victim reported being scammed out of approximately $900 via Pay Pal at 6:29 p.m. Friday at 1516 Edina Ave.

Criminal damage reported
