Favorite teacher of all time and why:

Mrs. Crissinger. I love her passion for music and the orchestras she directs. She always has a positive attitude and is always fun to be around.

Favorite book/author:

“Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire”

Current/past activities, volunteer work and accomplishments:

I play percussion in band, bass drum in marching band and viola in orchestra and chamber orchestra. I am a lawyer on the mock trial team and one of the editors of the Ahlahasa. I also participate in choir, the fall musical and the spring play.

What do you want to do after high school?

Next year I will be going to the University of Iowa and majoring in journalism and art with an emphasis in photography. After that I hope to find a career as a photojournalist.

What advice would you give to younger students in Albert Lea?

Never let the fear of failing keep you from trying new things.
