Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea and Austin recently welcomed Gamze Balci Camsari, M.D., psychiatry in Albert Lea; Darrel “Brian” Newman, M.D., cardiology in Albert Lea; Michael Poterucha, certified physician assistant, family medicine in Austin; Aaron Potretzke, M.D., urology in Austin and Ying Wang, M.D., pediatrics in Albert Lea.

Camsari received her medical degree from the Akdeniz University School of Medicine in Antalya, Turkey, and completed her residency at Mayo Clinic in Rochester. She most recently was the associate medical director in the Senior Behavior Center at Mayo Clinic Health System in Waycross, Georgia. Camsari began seeing psychiatry patients on Aug. 29  in Albert Lea.

Newman received his medical degree from the University of Mississippi Medical School in Jackson, Mississippi, and completed his residency in internal medicine and a cardiovascular diseases fellowship at the Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education in Rochester. He has extensive experience working in the cardiovascular department in Rochester. Newman began seeing cardiology patients on Sept.1 in Albert Lea.

Poterucha completed a master of science in physician assistant studies at the University of Wisconsin in LaCrosse, Wisconsin, and completed his residency in the Mayo Clinic Physician Studies Program. He will begin seeing primary care patients today in Austin.

Potretzke received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, completed a fellowship in minimally invasive urologic surgery and endourology at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, and completed his residency in urology at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. Potretzke began seeing urology patients Aug. 15 in Austin.

Wang received her medical degree from the New York Medical College Metropolitan Hospital Center in New York. She began seeing pediatric patients on July 11 in Albert Lea.
