Portions of three streets will be closed until Wednesday as rail is replaced.

Washington Avenue, South Pearl Street and Euclid Avenue, just north of Front Street, will be closed as Canadian Pacific Railroad replaces rail.

The roads are expected to reopen late Wednesday.
