When are the people of Albert Lea going to rise up and object to all the useless spending that goes on in our town?

It seems to me the money they are pinpointing for a splash pad could be used to finally find a solution to end all the flooding, namely on East Main. This has been going on for years now. Isn’t there any interest in finding a way to end all that flooding?
