Thursday afternoon downpours forced most outdoor athletics to be cancelled.

There was enough water outside to have a swimming meet, but the meet between Rochester Mayo and Albert Lea was still held indoors.

It was the home opener for the Tigers, as they were looking for their first victory of the season.

The Tigers fell behind early, but then made a comeback before falling short, 90-82.
