4 investigated after burglary in progress reported
Three men and one woman are being investigated after a burglary in progress was reported at 4 a.m. today at 401 Pilot St.
1 arrested for drunken driving
Police arrested Nyamouch Jock Kuey, 22, for second-degree driving while intoxicated and driving after revocation during a traffic stop at 4:44 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of West Seventh Street and Broadway.
1 arrested on warrant
Heather Marie Krumrie, 27, turned herself in on an Owatonna warrant at 12:38 p.m. Wednesday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.
1 cited for school bus stop-arm violation
Police cited Dorothy Eleanor Robran, 86, for a school bus arm violation at 4:50 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of East College Street and South Newton Avenue.
1 cited for violations
Police cited Terrance Price, 28, for possessing a small amount of marijuana and speeding during a traffic stop at 10:25 p.m.
Thefts reported
Debit card misuse was reported at 2:05 p.m. Wednesday at City & County Employees Credit Union, 1719 W. Main St.
Checks from a closed account were reported at 2:06 p.m. Wednesday at Kwik Trip, 1210 E. Main St.
A bike was reported taken from a backyard at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at 929 S. Broadway. The bike had an estimated value of $100.
Property damaged
A chunk of cement was reported thrown through a window at 1:54 a.m. today at 905 S. Third Ave. The suspect was reportedly chased toward the area of Sibley Elementary School and Southwest Middle School.
Damage was reported to a back door at 5:58 a.m. Wednesday at 913 W. Front St. The suspect, described as a male in his 60s, reportedly left the scene.
A window was reported smashed out of a green Mac truck at 11:03 a.m. Tuesday at 15863 795th Ave. outside Glenville.
