Painting with pointillism

- First-graders made pointillism paintings of fall trees. The focus for the lesson was mixing primary colors to create secondary colors. Students learned about famous artist Dale Chihuly and how many times he used the primary colors in his art and practiced mixing yellow and red to make orange. - Provided
