We need better federal officials! We need change now. The last eight years have been a disaster for the United States, including a doubling of the United States debt.

Instead of looking at issues, we hear a lot about personal history that should have been raised in the primaries. Why now? In the past, media never covered the wild womanizing of John F. Kennedy or Lyndon B. Johnson. Is there a plan to cover up wild emails involving Hillary that are now coming out?

In 2017:

• Who will do tort reform?

• Health reform to end expensive Obamacare.

• Freeze and reduce federal spending and employment.

• Return health, education and welfare to state responsibility.

• We need support for all energy and pipelines in the United States.

• Appoint judges like Scalia who support the United States Constitution.

Truly, Donald Trump is the best for U.S. president in 2016. Jim Hagedorn is the new U.S. Representative for Minnesota District 1.

Let us support change now and not get sidetracked by tapes and stories about alleged past life adventures.
