4 arrested on warrants

Police arrested Joseph Alan Roberts, 25, on local warrants for felony violating conditions of release and second-degree assault at 5:48 a.m. Monday at 800 S. Fourth Ave.

Police arrested Nena Marie Hardy, 19, on a Mower County warrant, proving a false name to a police officer and possessing marijuana during a traffic stop at 5:03 p.m. Sunday on the 500 block of Freeborn Avenue.

Police arrested Nyamouch Jock Kuey, 22, on a local warrant at 4:12 p.m. Sunday at 411 S. Broadway.

Randall Wayne Lusby, 48, turned himself in on a local warrant at 5:58 p.m. Sunday at 411 S. Broadway.

2 arrested at traffic stop

Albert Lea police arrested Courtney Kay Archer, 25, for fifth-degree drug possession and providing false information and Juan Roberto Rodriguez, 34, for fifth-degree drug possession, driving after suspension and an open bottle violation during a traffic stop at 12:46 a.m. Saturday. The location was redacted on police sheets. 

Check forgery reported

Check forgery was reported at 2:08 p.m. Monday at 805 S. Third Ave.

1 arrested for DWI

Albert Lea police arrested Scott Gregory Madrigal, 33, for third-degree driving while intoxicated during a traffic stop at 1:58 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Pillsbury Avenue and Johnson Street.

Harassment reported

Harassment was reported at 4:24 p.m. Saturday at 2021 W. Main St.

1 cited for violations

Police cited Antoine Davis, 18, for possessing a small amount of marijuana and for having no Minnesota driver’s license during a traffic stop at 12:51 a.m. Sunday near the intersection of South First Avenue and West William Street.

Tires slashed

A front left tire on an Oldsmobile Alero was reported slashed at 11:17 a.m. Sunday at 2401 Milo Ave.

Attempted break-in reported

An attempted vehicle break-in was reported at 2:13 p.m. Monday at 1112 Madison Ave. The alleged victim’s house was reportedly broken into last week.

Items stolen

A $10 gas drive off was reported at 12:14 p.m. Monday at 309 E. Main St., Clarks Grove.

A tattoo kit, Playstation 3 games and a phone were reported taken at 4:01 p.m. Monday at 1121 S. Newton Ave. A suspect was identified.
