Albert Lea police arrested Ryan Steven Theissen, 33, after an assault was reported at 4:06 p.m. Thursday at 205 Fenton St. Theissen was arrested after a female reported being tazed.

Police arrested Shane Richard Bolinger, 32, for gross misdemeanor domestic assault and criminal damage to property after a domestic incident was reported at 7:06 a.m. Thursday at 900 Fountain St.

Police cited Haley Jade Dorman, 23, for misdemeanor domestic assault after a domestic incident was reported at 10:09 a.m. Thursday at 2215 E. Main St.

A 14-year-old was reported assaulted on a school bus at 3:43 p.m. Monday at 2500 Gene Ave.

3 arrested, cited after fights reported

Police arrested a Qualita Gracie McClendon, 21, for first-degree criminal damage to property, reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, and a stop sign violation after a fight was reported at 12:23 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Clark Street and West Avenue.

Police arrested Adam Wayne Clark, 26, for disorderly conduct and cited Jacob Wayne Clark, 30, for disorderly conduct after a fight was reported at 1:35 a.m. Sunday at 134 W. William St.

Police arrested Dorothy Marie Lund, 69, for third-degree driving while intoxicated during a traffic stop at 7:46 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Garfield Avenue and East Main Street.

Police cited a juvenile male for theft after a theft of a cellphone was reported at 1:02 p.m. Thursday at 2000 Tiger Lane.

A bike was reported taken from a stairway at 7:37 p.m. Thursday at 134 W. William St.

A carpet-cleaning machine was reported rented and never returned at 9:49 a.m. Thursday at Hardware Hank in the Skyline Mall at1601 W. Main St.

Theft by fraud was reported at 8:15 a.m. Friday at 515 Triangle Drive.

A theft was reported at 10:22 a.m. Friday at 201 W. Main St.

A purse was reported stolen at 11:03 a.m. Friday at 1841 Eagle View Circle. Another person reportedly had her purse gone through.
