I believe it is imperative that we, as a community who cares about our children, do everything in our power to help our school board overcome negativity and get back to being focused on the issues that benefit our area youth. We need to send a clear and concise message that the personal attacks and negative atmosphere that currently surrounds our school board is not acceptable. I would ask that you consider voting for two candidates who are running on a platform of positivity and bring years of effective leadership skills to the open positions. Both of these candidates have made it very clear that they have no agenda, other than to see our school district flourish and continue to make significant advances to benefit all students. Please consider casting your vote for Ken Petersen and Ellen Kehr for Albert Lea School Board.
