The Arc of Freeborn County and United Way will host a soup and chili supper from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at First Lutheran Church in Albert Lea. Adults will be $7, children 4 to 12 will be $4 and children 3 and under are free.

There will also be a fudge sale. Samples will be available, and fudge will be available to buy and order for the holidays.

Proceeds for the events will be used for programs for people with developmental disabilities.
