The Lakeview Elementary School fourth- and fifth-grade choir, under the direction of Roxanne Irons, share their musical talents throughout the school year.
During the holiday season, however, is when their singing is at its peak, according to a press release.
The choir will share old and new holiday favorites with the Lakeview community before school, during lunch and as a part of school assemblies.
In the past they have visited Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea and St. John’s Lutheran Community to fill the halls with holiday cheer. In addition, the choir will collaborate with the choirs from Hawthorne, Halverson and Sibley elementary schools to perform at Northbridge Mall for the Taste of Heritage Festival in April.
