1 arrested for DWI

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Austin E. Smith, 26, for driving while intoxicated, obstructing and an open bottle violation after a drunk driver was reported at 12:44 p.m. Monday at 309 E. Main St. in Clarks Grove.

Items stolen

Tools were reported stolen at 7:23 a.m. Monday at 1801 Eagle View Circle. The incident reportedly occurred over the weekend.

A Schwinn baby blue with chrome bicycle was reported stolen at 12:14 p.m. Monday at 128 W. William St. The incident reported occurred a couple of months ago.

Jewelry was reported stolen at 3:34 p.m. Monday at 1019 James Ave. The incident reportedly occurred approximately two weeks ago. A suspect was identified.

Trespassing reported

Trespassing was reported at 4:27 p.m. Monday at 812 W. Clark St.
