Police arrested Ryan Dean Johnson, 37, on two warrants at 6:42 p.m. Wednesday at 718 St. Peter Ave.

Police cited Rebecca Ann Haas, 53, for misdemeanor theft after a theft was reported at 8:15 p.m. Wednesday at 201 W. Main St.
