An Albert Lea man was injured in a T-bone crash Thursday in Albert Lea.

Gerald David King, 50, was transported to Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea with an injury deemed not life-threatening.

King was reportedly driving a 2003 Ford Excursion north on St. Joseph Avenue shortly after noon when his vehicle collided with a 2004 Ford Freestar, driven by Jeff Allen Anderson, 34, of Albert Lea at the road’s intersection with East Sixth Street. Anderson was driving eastbound on East Sixth Street.

Anderson reportedly failed to yield, according to the Albert Lea Police Department. Inattentive driving from both drivers reportedly led to the crash.
