Dear Carrie,

I remember the night my car went into the floodwaters on West Main this past summer. You pulled over in your car, and I remember you standing there next to the waters, anticipating me to leave my car. I opened my car door and stepped into the waters. I made it over to your car, and you gave me a ride home to my mother’s house like an angel. It was a night to remember how you helped me.
