Woman should not have judged store employee

What did the lady who wanted to use the Shopko wheelchair actually ask an employee to do? She asked to have her put Shopko in a position to take on responsibility for any accident that happened after she left the store. If she accidently ran into another person and harmed them, Shopko would be sued. They may win the suit but would still have the cost of defending itself. She also asked the employee to risk losing her job if caught breaking company policy for cart use. I have seen many Shopko carts outside other exits to the mall; how did they get there? Not all people ask to use the carts. Think of what you are asking before judging employees.
