1 arrested for domestic assault
Albert Lea police arrested Miguel Angel Muniz, 29, for misdemeanor domestic assault after a trespassing complaint was made at 7:40 a.m. Friday at 205 S. Ermina Ave.
2 arrested, cited for DWI
Police arrested Christopher Michael Spinler, 35, for third-degree test refusal and fourth-degree driving while intoxicated after a car was reported stuck in a snowbank at 1:23 a.m. Saturday at 306 St. Thomas Ave.
Police cited Anita Rae Steinbach, 39, for fourth-degree DWI and having a more than .08 blood-alcohol content within two hours after a traffic stop at 5:37 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Bay Oaks Drive and Minnesota Highway 13.
1 arrested on warrant
Police arrested Ronald Alan Bidler, 52, on a local warrant at 7:12 p.m. Friday at 1407 Fountain St. Bidler was later released.
Thefts by fraud reported
An approximately $175 check on a closed account was reported at 6:09 p.m. Saturday at MarketPlace Foods, 1619 W. Main St.
An approximately $305 check on a closed account was reported at 6:12 p.m. Saturday at MarketPlace Foods.
Two checks from closed accounts of $260 and $240 were reported at 6:15 p.m. Saturday at MarketPlace Foods.
Fraudulent credit card charges in the amount of $1,900 were reported at 3:41 p.m. Sunday at 1201 Garfield Ave.
Vehicle damaged
A window was reported smashed out of a Chevy Tahoe at 8:41 a.m. Friday at 1430 Spartan Ave.
Assault reported
An assault was reported at 3:17 p.m. Saturday at 515 Triangle Drive.
Items stolen
A house was reported broken into and cash missing at 8:23 a.m. Monday at 1442 Lee Ave. The incident allegedly happened Friday.
A 1992 Ford F250 was reported stolen at 5:42 p.m. Saturday at 205 S. Fifth Ave. The vehicle was found Monday.
A theft was reported at 3:02 a.m. Sunday at Kwik Trip, 1210 E. Main St. Suspects were later found in Austin.
