1 arrested on warrant

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies reportedly arrested Jason Michael Sokolofsky, 33, on a Mower County warrant at 8:21 a.m. Friday at 923 Jefferson Ave.

1 cited for violation

Deputies cited Ssekandi Tekoure O’Neal, 27, for possessing a small amount of marijuana during a traffic stop at 11:45 p.m. Saturday on Interstate 35, south of the Geneva exit. O’Neal was held on an apprehension and detention order.

Fire reported

A small pig barn was reported on fire at 8:34 a.m. Friday at 72576 270th St. outside Albert Lea. The owner was able to put out the fire.
