Erika Bute scored 23 points, and Abbie Theusch added 17 points and 13 rebounds as the Alden-Conger girls’ basketball team beat Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial 47-37 on Monday night.

The Knights held a two-point lead at halftime, then extended it in the second half on the backs of Bute and Theusch.

The win was the second in a row for the Knights and the third in four games.

Alden-Conger will play Grand Meadow on Thursday.
