United Methodist Church of Albert Lea is sponsoring DivorceCare, a faith-based divorce recovery seminar and support group. This 13-week program will be at 6:30 p.m. Mondays  beginning on Feb. 6 at the church.

According to a press release, DivorceCare includes sessions on loneliness, anger, financial management, helping children adjust, forgiveness and more.

Participants are welcome to share their stories and exchange strategies for coping with similar issues. All discussions are held in confidence.

Everyone is welcome. There is no charge to attend the seminar and support group, but a workbook will be available for $15.
