Female transported

Alicia Miska, 37, of Rosemount, was reported transported with an injury deemed not life-threatening after a rollover crash at 8:03 p.m. Thursday on Interstate 35, two miles south of the U.S. Highway 65 exit. Miska was driving a 2006 Ford Focus south on I-35 when the vehicle left the roadway. Roadway conditions did not play a factor in the crash, according to the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office. The crash is still under investigation.

1 arrested for domestic assault

Albert Lea police arrested David Bernard Suess, 39, for misdemeanor domestic assault after a domestic incident was reported at 9:25 p.m. Thursday at 912 Hillside Ave.

1 arrested on warrant

Albert Lea police reportedly arrested Wade Masato Oyabu, 61, on a St. Louis County warrant at 4:06 p.m. Thursday at 411 S. Broadway.

1 cited for disorderly conduct

Albert Lea police cited a juvenile for disorderly conduct after a fight was reported on a bus at 3:04 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Bridge Avenue and Ruble Avenue.

Theft by fraud reported

A bad check was reported given at 4:10 p.m. Thursday at Hy-Vee, 2708 Bridge Ave. The suspect has warrants out of Dakota County.
