Q: What grade are you in?
A: 12
Q: What town do you live in, and which school do you attend?
A: Albert Lea, Albert Lea High School
Q: Who is your immediate family?
A: Dad, Chris; Mom, Jen; Brothers Danny and Timmy
Q: Which sports do you play?
A: Football, hockey and golf
Q: What is your favorite part of hockey?
A: Playing in big games and against my buddies from other towns.
Q: What has hockey taught you?
A: leadership and courage
Q: What’s your favorite sports memory?
A: Either our double OT game with West last year or our triple OT game with Prior Lake in Bantams at the regional tournament.
Q: How did you get started in hockey?
A: My mom took me to the rink starting at an early age.
Q: What sports did your family members play?
A: Dad played football, basketball, baseball and he also played football in college and professionally in Europe. My mom played tennis and ran cross country/track in college.
Q: What are your sports-related achievements?
A: Being a three sport captain. Receiving All-Conference honors in golf and hockey.
Q: What are your sports-related goals?
A: That we can make the state tournament for hockey this year and I would also like to take another trip back to the state golf tournament this spring.
Q: Who is your favorite professional athlete? Why?
A: I don’t really have a favorite player but I like the way Zach Parise plays. I try to model my work ethic after his.
Q: What are your college plans? Major?
A: I’m accepted at Gonzaga University, Montana State University and Saint John’s University. I’m still undecided but I would like to major in international business.
Q: What is your favorite school subject?
A: History.
Q: Who is your favorite teacher?
A: Jim Haney
Q: What are your hobbies?
A: Anything outside. I like to stay active.
Q: What is your dream job?
A: Working for a company that allows me to travel the world and have lots of cool experiences.
Q: What is your favorite TV show?
A: Either Prison Break or Designated Survivor.
Q: What is an interesting fact about you?
A: I play piano and guitar.
