Wedgewood Cove names new food and beverage director

Wedgewood Cove Golf & Restaurant has named Adam Royce as its food and beverage director.
Royce came to Wedgewood Cove Golf & Restaurant in 2013 as a bartender and worked his way up. According to a press release, he has proven himself during his three years with the company with his innovative ideas, thinking outside of the box and commitment to Wedgewood Cove’s mission and goals.
Royce was born in Farmington and moved to Albert Lea with his family in 1991. He grew up in Albert Lea and graduated from Albert Lea High School in 2008. After graduation, Royce received his associate’s degree from Riverland Community College in 2012 and Bachelor’s of Science degree in business management from Minnesota State University in Mankato in 2015.
Adam has worked in the food and beverage industry for 12 years as a server, bartender, certified trainer and bar manager. Three of those years he was employed at Wedgewood Cove Golf & Restaurant.
