Albert Lea police arrested Daniel Dean Eggers, 32, after a violation of a harassment restraining order was reported at 4:32 p.m. Monday at 1310 Academy Ave.
Thefts reported
Theft by fraud was reported at 10:48 a.m. Monday at 411 S. Broadway.
Jewelry was reported taken and clothing was reported stolen by two people at 11:41 a.m. Monday at Shopko, 2610 Bridge Ave.
