2 arrested for domestics

Albert Lea police arrested Marcine Kay Miranda, 56, for felony domestic assault by strangulation and misdemeanor domestic assault after a domestic incident was reported at 1:55 a.m. today at 928 W. Front St. Miranda was arrested after an allegation that a female wrapped a cord around a male’s neck.

Police arrested Miguel Angel Munoz, 28, for domestic assault after a domestic incident was reported at 2:17 a.m. Monday at 506 E. Eighth St.

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies cited Judson Kromminga, 48, for domestic assault after a domestic incident was reported at 9:07 p.m. Monday in the Hayward area.

Thefts by fraud reported

Theft by fraud was reported at 1:29 p.m. Monday at 209 N. Ermina Ave.

A credit card was reported fraudulently charged for a $500 item at 8:50 p.m. Monday at 2806 Campus Lane.

Injury traffic crash reported

A two-car crash with injuries deemed not life-threatening was reported at 3:23 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Garfield Avenue and East Main Street. An ambulance was not requested.
