The NRHEG Panthers got double-digit scoring from five different players as they routed the United South Central Rebels 81-28 Monday night. Oakley Baker scored 16 points to lead the Panthers, and teammates Chad Agrimson, Benji Lundberg and Jason Jongbloedt each scored 11 points for the Panthers, who are now 20-2 on the season. Brady Agrimson added 14 points. Ryan Kloos scored 17 for the Rebels.
The Glenville-Emmons boys’ basketball team got 25 points and 10 rebounds from senior Derek Van Ryswyk as the Wolverines took down Hope Lutheran on Monday night 85-75. Van Ryswyk’s teammate, Carter Dahlum, chipped in with 23 points, and Seth Chapek and Kain Weber each scored 13 for the Wolverines, who are now 7-15 on the season and winners of two in a row.
The Alden-Conger boys’ basketball team had a tough first half and it would end up leading to a 63-55 loss to GHEC/ML/T on Monday night. The Knights got 21 points and 14 rebounds from Dillan Lein and 11 from Ryan Hansen, but it wasn’t enough as they dropped their eighth game in a row.
