On Monday, the Albert Lea Police Department began its newest program aimed toward community youth. “Lunch with a cop” has a simple goal — create new relationships and improve on existing relationships with local youth. Officers will attend lunches (pre-K through sixth grade) on a rotating basis at all Albert Lea public elementary schools through the end of the school year. - Provided
