The public is invited to tour the new Oakland Education Center from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at 2001 Second Ave. NW in Austin.

The former Corcoran Center was renovated to house special needs students from the newly-formed Austin-Albert Lea Area Special Education Cooperative.

A ribbon cutting will be at 4 p.m., and tours will be ongoing until 7 p.m.
