Panthers win again, top Saints

The NRHEG girls’ basketball teammoved to 19-5 on the season with a hard-fought 70-61 win over St. Peter on Tuesday night.
“(St. Peter) is a very good team, and tonight we played a little bit better than them,” Panthers coach Onika Peterson said.
The Panthers were led by Betsy Schoenrock’s 24 points and six rebounds.
Kayla Camerer had 14 points and Maddie Wagner had 10 points and seven rebounds. Her sister, Marnie, finished with eight points, seven assists and six rebounds.
St. Peter had won 16 of 17 games before losing to NRHEG.
The win was the 12th in a row for the Panthers.
NRHEG will be at United South Central on Friday.
