1 arrested after threats

New Richland police arrested a juvenile for domestic assault and second-degree assault after terroristic threats were reported at 12:14 p.m. Tuesday at 1427 Academy Ave. The juvenile was transported to Red Wing.

2 arrested on warrants

Albert Lea police arrested Donald Harold Stigney III, 37, on a Iowa warrant after disorderly conduct was reported at 2:55 p.m. Tuesday at 423 Court St.

Police arrested a juvenile on a local warrant at 10:35 a.m. Tuesday at 619 Minnesota Ave. The juvenile was transported to court.

Theft by fraud reported

A credit card was fraudulently used at 11:19 a.m. Tuesday at 82165 150th St. outside Glenville. The credit card company credited the account.

Criminal damage to property reported

A window was allegedly broken by a female at 9:54 a.m. Tuesday at 309 E. Main St., Clarks Grove.

Damage to a 2006 Ford Mercury was reported at 2:12 p.m. Tuesday at 1606 Frank Hall Drive.
