One person was reported charged with a second-degree controlled substance crime at 1:51 p.m. Monday at 205 W. William St. The name of the person was not available as of press time.

1 arrested on warrant

Police arrested Michael Lee Elias, 35, on a warrant at 8:48 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Margaretha Avenue and East 11th Street. At the scene, police cited Elias for possessing marijuana and possessing drug paraphernalia.

1 cited for trespassing

Police cited Michael Ray Sanders Jr., 44, for trespassing at 6:08 p.m. Monday at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave.

Child abuse reported

Continual child abuse was alleged at 9:47 a.m. Monday in Albert Lea.

BB shot through a window

A BB was reported shot through a window at 10:42 a.m. Monday at East Side 66, 2001 E. Main St. Damage was estimated at $1,000.

Assault reported

An assault was reported at 11:15 a.m. Monday at 2301 Bridge Ave. The alleged victim wanted to file a police report referencing assault, criminal damage and kidnapping.

A domestic incident was reported at 11:26 p.m. Monday at 1433 Todd Ave.
