1 arrested for burglary

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Ryan Joseph Voelker, 31, for first-degree burglary and criminal damage to property after criminal damage to property was reported at 5:40 a.m. Friday at 17518 U.S. Highway 65 outside Albert Lea.

2 arrested on warrants

Deputies arrested Judson Allen Kromminga on a local warrant at 9:57 p.m. Friday at 1309 Crestview Road.

Hassan M. Webi, 32, turned himself in on a local warrant at 4 a.m. today at 411 S. Broadway Ave.

3 cited for violations

Albert Lea police cited two juvenile boys after a fight was reported at 10:13 a.m. Monday at 2000 Tiger Lane. One juvenile was brought to the Law Enforcement Center and cited for disorderly conduct and obstruction.

Police cited at least one person after a tobacco violation was reported at 3:02 p.m. Monday at 2000 Tiger Lane.

Theft reported

Theft by check was reported at 1:05 p.m. Friday at 300 N. Hillcrest Circle, Clarks Grove. A suspect was identified.

A theft of tools from a garage was reported at 1:54 p.m. Monday at 1022 S. Newton Ave.

Fraudulent credit card charges were reported at 4:39 p.m. Monday at 2221 E. Main St.
