Jo Lowe receives the 2017 Rose Olmsted Advocacy Award from Vice Chairman of the Freeborn County Board of Commissioners Christopher Shoff and Mayor Vern Rasmussen, Jr. Both the Freeborn County Board of Commissioners and the Albert Lea City Council recognized Lowe for her advocacy efforts prior to the their joint meeting on March 9. -Provided
